2 bedroom cottage with a partially covered deck, BBQ, fire pit and lifted golf cart included in all rentals.  Sleeps 6 adults comfortably or more if children are part of your group.  Queen bed in the main bedroom, single bunk (200 pound limit) over top of a double bunk in the second bedroom.  Queen sofa pull out couch in the living room.   

Internet and basic cable are included, as well as a fireplace and smart tv in the living room.  Outdoor shower.  Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pot, Keurig, kettle, pots and pans, dishware and cutlery.    Cleaning products, paper towel and garbage bags are included.  Must bring your own bedding linen, pillows and towels. 

Peak season rates from $400 per night, plus HST and registration fees of $16.95/ per person aged 6 and over.  The Municipal Accomodation Tax (MAT) of 4% is also applicable, and is collected and remitted to the municipality of Port Colborne. Discounted rates in off peak season from May to June and September to October.  Cleaning fees are inlcuded.
